I bring the mats and equipment to you, so the session takes place at the location of your choice:

 

• At home or in your garden

• In hotels and resorts

• Outdoors (parks, authorized beaches)

• Private spaces or partner gyms

 

My goal is to offer practical and personalised training, without you needing to travel.
