JOURNEY ON THE MATS
My first contact with Jiu-Jitsu was in childhood, but it was from 2011 onwards that the sport truly became part of my daily life. I now have around 15 years of practice, during which I learned far more than techniques: I absorbed values that shaped who I am.
Throughout this journey, I have taken part in several competitions and achieved some medals. But beyond the results, what I always sought in Jiu-Jitsu was personal, physical, and mental growth.
In the last 5 years, I have had the opportunity to work as an instructor, teaching students of different profiles. I developed projects with children, organised and took part in events, and also conducted seminars.
These experiences reinforced my conviction that Jiu-Jitsu goes far beyond technique: it is a tool to transform lives and to awaken the best in each person.
